THe SoCal Research Computing Alliance offers a wide variety of user support resources and documentation about our computing systems, how to access them, and how to use them.
1 Read the user guides
We provide many user guides for various topics and tasks.
2 Submit a help ticket
If you can’t find answers to any of your questions on our website or user forum, submit a help ticket and a CARC staff member will help you.
3 User portal
This is the hub where users access their projects, add or remove users from project groups, request allocations, and more.
4 User forum
An online community for discussion and knowledge sharing among users. The user forum is a great resource for discussing HPC-related topics, asking non-urgent technical questions, and sharing ideas. The Alliance support team monitors the forum for questions, but users are also encouraged to interact with each other.
